I was very satisfied with my stay at the Quality Inn. The quality of the continental breakfast was excellent. The staff were polite and respectful and the hotel is easily accessible and close to several restaurants. Good location for getting to many destinations in the Twin Cities.

Friendly staff. Small room. Good breakfast.
The room was small, but we didnt spend a lot of time there, so it was okay. We only needed a place to sleep. Staff were friendly and responsive to needs/requests. Variety of breakfast items was good.

Good experience overall, the only minor issue was the AC unit blowing up the air straight to the pillow in one bed (like, side by side, 2 foot apart). We ended up having to cover it to be able to sleep and not get our head froze. Aside from that, very clean, quiet and the location is great. I’d would definitely recommend it and I would stay again.

Very disappointed/disgusted
The tub would not drain in the shower and the water faucet would leak because it was loose. We let the front desk know but never got any one to come look at it. The hotel and surrounding hotels were booked full so we ended up putting a plastic fork in the drain so the tub wouldn't fill up with water while showering. The worst issue was you had the leave the toilet sheet down because feces would splash up into our toilet when someone else in the hotel would flush. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever had happen at a hotel.

Convenient location near restaurants and mall ..walkable. Room was extremely tiny. Bathroom miniscule. There was a disgusting odor in the room…musty/urine smell. I would not recommend.

Check in was fast and easy. Requested a room on top floor, away from elevator and got an amazing room. View was good, beds were really comfortable and close to Bethel University! Will definitely stay here again.
