We loved this hotel, so much that we extended our trip! Very friendly & helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Love the layout & design of the rooms. The only downfall was the small pool & lack of hot tub for our kids, but not a deal breaker for us. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

This hotel was very nice, staff were very helpful during our stay. Hotel wasn’t too far from the transportation routes. However the breakfast wasn’t the best, there weren't a lot of options at all, they also ran out of things and some of the food tasted old. It should have been advertised that housekeeping has to be requested and that they don’t come on the regular to clean the room while staying at the hotel. The tv needs a wall mount that moves around because it was only on one side of the room. Over the the hotel was a good just need some minor updates.

Pro: very clean, excellently stocked workout room, excellent breakfast buffet. Room details well-cared for, like bedding for pull out sofa was neatly packaged and in closet. Con: check in awkward, with clerk who had to ask for help several times, and his explanations to me about policies were not clear.

Our room was great, however with the Microsoft issues we weren’t able to get a key that worked and had to be let into our room by staff if everyone left the room. The pool was small and cold. The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of options. Overall a good stay.

Great place to stay. Close to shopping, clean, modern room, very comfortable bedding, and amazing breakfast with the most options to choose from that I have ever had. The best place I have stayed in many years. I highly recommend this location.

Overall pretty clean but too close to other rooms.
Everything was new and clean and comfortable. I love how the bathroom is styled in the room, the bed and the living room style. The only thing I would complain about is the noise you can hear from outside of the room because the rooms were in a u shape so it was easy to hear the noises coming from the other room. Kids crying and banging at night and people walking /talking in the hall. I would definitely stay here again but maybe perhaps in a different room and not in the u shape corner.

Safe area. Everything was clean and pleasant. Good breakfast. Nice room with couch and desk. Tv could easily be turned to view from couch or bed. Nothing to complain about.
