Parking ticket explanation by front desk was very vague, hotel website states. The Marquette Hotel offers 24-hour in-and-out self-parking for $38 plus tax per night When attempting to validate parking tickets by front desk the day after hotel visit nothing was done or attempted to make right / reimbursement the extra money spent.

I was woken up from housekeeping during my nap at 3pm when I had the “peace and quiet” sign up. I was called at 11:40pm while I was sleeping to confirm my check in even though I had already checked in the day prior. The alarm in the room was set to 5:20 am to wake me up. My keys stopped working the second day. I was trying to enjoy a relaxing stay and it was difficult.

The property and room were spacious and well laid out, and very well-set up with outlets on the nightstand and on the desk. What I didn't expect was sirens to wake me up in the middle of the night on the 9th floor. I was able to counteract it with noise-cancelling headphones and fairly loud "white noise" over the headset... but next time, I'm going to ask for a higher floor in case that helps...
