Check in staff was not particularly friendly and difficult to understand as she was wearing a mask and not speaking clearly. Room had one queen bed. Preference for a couple would be a larger bed or 2 queens.

On the plus, staff was great, everyone was nice. Breakfast was solid, though not special. On the negative, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink, the toilet never cleared properly, and there was a little hole in one window.

Underground parking was easy to get into with the help of desk attendant Erica. She was very pleasant and helpful. It's downtown, so it was hard to tell where the front was. We ended up pulling into the underground parking, and with the help of Erica, we got in and also up the elevator to the front desk before we checked in. Comfy bed! Short walk to target field. Brewery and restaurants very close.

The hotel offered an upgrade at no charge. The Room was clean, beautiful and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and the hot dishes menu changed everyday. Staff was polite and friendly. Hotel is in a nice location.

Erica at the front desk was amazing at check it. Would highly recommend this place for twins games and accessing dining in the area.
