There was loud banging on the walls throughout the night, people shouting, and loud music playing until 3am in the morning. I ignored most of it, due to feeling unsafe to leave the room. Would not bring my 10 year old back to this hotel, and am super happy he fell asleep early enough not to hear what was going on around our room. Horrible night of sleep. Nothing was very clean, things smelled musty, and there was a weird smell from the corner of the room where there was a floor unit heater of some sort.

Pay a little more, and go somewhere else.
Bathroom disgusting. raw drywall patches (no tape, no mud, no sealant, no paint) in the shower, shower head was at 5' 4", so water hit you in the mouth... lots of grout missing in floor tiles (sharp edges), shower curtain let the water get all over the bathroom (and it was smaller than a japanese toilet room). The only heat was a 1960s style heat/AC wall unit, that sounded like it was grinding steel all night (when heating in December), and was 8" from the bed, so the person on that side of that bed roasted, and the rest of the room was still cold. Beds were decently comfortable, but that's the ONLY good thing. Noise from other rooms was VERY evident. Front desk staff was uncaring, didn't tell us how to GET to the room, just essentially tossed the keys to us. no mention of the free breakfast at all, so we didn't get it (cuz we forgot about everything but the funeral we were there for), no mention of ANY other amenities. no amenities in the room. no coffee maker or hot pot. Literally just walls, bed, toilet, and shower. at least the towels and sheets weren't sticky.

Terrible stay
No heat in the room. Plugged shower drain. Terrible workmanship on flooring, trim and tile. Dog barking all night long. Why are dogs allowed in motel?? Certainly not a typical Wyndham property.

I would rather sleep in a cardboard box
So from first look it just looked run down the lobby was really nice except there is never someone at the front desk. The more i looked at the beds i started to wounder there was stains and rips and there was food crumbs and that was just the begging then i took the blankets off and there were more stains and i lifted up the mattress to look at the under it and there was a lot of mold or something but it was really bad and the top had stab marks in it so i was super grossed out.

We stayed here for a family trip. Awful mattresses bed covers were filthy when we arrived but sheets were clean. No drain plug- made it hard to give our two children a bath. Overall cleanliness of the room was sub par- several lightbulbs in our room were not there and the lamp shades had questionable dark stains on them as well as the bed skirts. We never ate at the breakfast because of the condition of the room. Would have stayed somewhere else if we would have been able to be refunded. Photos of property did not match what we showed up to. Extremely disappointing.

This is NOT the place you want to stay if you are traveling to Shakopee. Our room was disgustingly dirty and the paper bedspread was full of stains. We were given one see through ratty towel for 2 people. We went down to the free breakfast in the morning to get coffee and it was a good thing we werent hungry or expecting much because all they had were some waffels and POPCORN?!? Nightime desk manager was very nice and polite.

The lobby was great. Room needed some upkeep/repairs. No phone in room. Not enough outlets to charge devices. The laundry room was okay. The waffles from breakfast made both of us sick. The waffle battery may not have been properly mixed. It was a non-smoking room but the fabric of the bedding had cigarette smell embedded in it. Almost as if the laundry for a smoking room was mixed with the laundry from a non-smoking room. Beds were a bit lumpy.

The single king room I had reserved was taken when I got there so I was given a double queen on a different floor. The breakfast was an outmeal pack and banana. And the TV did not work in my room. Will definitely not be staying there again!!
