Spacious and charming one bedroom condo located at The Grand, Village of Baytowne Wharf. The zero-entry swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center are located just a few steps away. Within short walking distance is the excitement of the Village at Baytowne Wharf. The resort tram picks up at the front door of the Grand and will take you right over to the beach! Tram service is complimentary with this condo.

This 6th floor, one-bedroom unit is accessible by elevator, and is comfortably furnished with a King bed. A queen sleeper sofa is conveniently located in the living room. There is ample closet space, a large HDTV and a full kitchen complete with all you need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal! Guests will enjoy a spacious master bathroom featuring dual vanities and tub/shower combo as well as a second full bathroom with a shower located near the entry. Step onto the balcony and enjoy the breeze and breathtaking views of the Bay and Grand Lawn. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer and high-speed wifi is complimentary.

The Resort is the premier destination on the Emerald Coast. There are amenities galore - sugar white beaches, 4 golf courses, 15 world class tennis courts, a full service marina with water sports, catch and release fishing, swimming pools, a fitness center with full service spa, and 11 miles of walking, jogging or bicycling trails. The Wharf, in the heart of the resort, offers a unique experience. The shopping, restaurants, children’s playground, arcade, zip line and seasonal entertainment are designed for the family experience. HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Views, views from this 6th floor condo. From the bay to the skyline of the beach resorts. Having been in the Baywarf complex made it convenient for a variety of dinner choices after a long day at the beach. We also enjoyed a night of music playing in the common area of the Warf. Planning next years trip already!

Birthday getaway in Destin FL
First time visit to Destin and it was worth the trip. The condo was just as described as listed; it was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. I like that the condo was close to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. I received detailed instructions on how to check in upon arrival, the process was smooth. The condo was the perfect size for myself, my spouse and our daughter. I had a wonderful view of the water from the 6th floor. I will definitely be back to Destin, and I know exactly where to stay.

We loved our stay. View of the bay is phenomenal. This unit is located at the entrance to Baytown Wharf so it’s only a 2 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Property manager Phyllis is awesome!

Out stay in this condo was excellent. I’d recommend this condo. It was super clean, very nice furnishings, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Very nice to have a shower in one of the bathrooms. The mattress on the king bed was super comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing! The balcony furniture was great quality. Everything went smooth and easy with securing this rental. I’d definitely stay here again, if I get back to this part of Florida.

The condo was really lovely. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. The primary bedroom bed was incredibly comfortable, and the fold out sofa had an upgraded mattress, no complaints from the kids. The bay view from the balcony was perfection! Everything worked very well, and Phyllis was very helpful every time I called.

A Grand Destin Vaca
Destin has always been my vacation spot, but I have not visited Destin for several years now. My return was long awaited for; the area is still a great location and even better. It is family oriented with many activities to explore. We stayed at the Grand Sandestin at the Baytown Wharf. It was our first time but not our last time. I throughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay! The owner of the property we stayed in was courteous and attentive.

Great location and excellent property manager
Condo is clean and has everything needed. Balcony facing bay so the view is pretty even though it’s blocked by Grand Hôtel it’s still very nice. But most of all Phyllis the manager is very quick responding to our request when the QR code to the parking garage didn’t work when we arrived at night. She was awaken from sleep and texted us new code.

This was the most mesmerizing place. The water view was incredible. The condo was great. I put this one on my fave list. Booking is always perfect with Phyllis. I love her so. I have been booking with her for years and she always gives the best condos.
