My wife is disabled but we found their accessible room with lower beds, lots of room and plenty of grab bars in the bathroom, to our liking. Also, special shoutout to their employees for being so friendly and helpful. We also found their breakfast to be quite good!

Great Stay, But Be Prepared
Wonderful place to stay, especially with a larger group. Suite options available and accommodations to have friends and family rooms close to each other. My only complaint, which truly wasn’t this hotel’s fault, was the charging procedure. When calling the hotel, the manager also wasn’t very helpful about the situation. So, know that in the future, and especially a Griz game weekend where the prices are already doubled at least, DO NOT USE a debit/bank card. Not only did I pay for my stay, but an extra $800 was taken out as a hold and not returned to my account for 7-10 business days. That’s A LOT of money to have as a hold.

Ok but Hotels site misleading
On arrival at reception was asked if we wanted to stay in the booked room (Executive king with pool view) or swap - said we don’t know as we haven’t seen the room. The manager Tom came out and took us to the booked room. It was spacious, it overlooks a pool BUT the pool is an indoor pool so it’s dark, with no natural light - seems the phots on Hotels.com are misleading and Tom said they have asked Expedia to update the website but so far have not. We ended up in a room on the 4th floor overlooking the car park which was a lot smaller and has noise from I90. We were only there for 2 nights so was bearable. Tom was very helpful throughout. Breakfast was ok. It is on the outskirts of Missoula so you will need a car to get around - there are some nice restaurants a 5 minute drive.
