We were given a handicapped room which we didn’t need. Disappointed in the small size of the room and the fact we only had one chair and no desk. The bed was low and quite soft. We expected a lot more for the high cost of the room!

The picture I posted is literally mouse poop. There were fruit flies dead all around the lamps. The bacteria alone in all that mouse poop. It’s obviously been there awhile, which makes it even worse. Just gross. I showed the front desk all they said is oh no we will get someone to take care of that….

Overall a nice stay. Rooms were clean, though the fixtures could use updating (i.e. lights with USB plugs). Breakfast was decent, onsite free parking was nice. Would stay there again.

Immaculate Vibes and Staff
Even though this was the first establishment we stepped foot into in Missoula, we felt immediately at home and welcome by all staff. Special shout out to Alicia who not only answered all of our questions about Missoula AND Glacier National Park, but even shared instructions, directions and beautiful photos with us. We wish we could have stayed there longer. Plus, the location was perfect for a stroll downtown. It was literally one of the most positive hotel experiences we've ever had.

I thought the property was fine. Convenient to both interstate and downtown. But, it has a noise problem - a train runs right by it at a busy intersection so the train blows its horn a lot and very loudly.
