Could not use the self check-in, i am assuming because it was an expedia reservation. I then had to wait for the front desk person to get back, and she was very quick and helpful, but definitely frustrating to wait and have no access to anything. Just would have liked a better process when even the remote agent who i sat on a call for 15 minutes with couldnt activate my reservation.

The kitchenette sink had a piece missing/failed from the spout, causing water to squirt all over. Not a big issue, just part of the “growing pains” of discovering the little things with a brand new building . I reported it to the front desk, they were attentive about getting it fixed.

Nice hotel but loud

The hotel is new and nice. No carpet made the stay loud and I didn’t sleep well because everyone coming and going was disruptive.

The pros were a comfortable bed, filtered water available, a full size refrigerator, a cooktop that worked most of the time, and wonderful staff. The cons were electronics that didn't work, there weren't instructions for the electronics, and the staff weren't trained to handle problems. The luggage carts were a nightmare to use and kept dumping our luggage. Everything was high tech and not everything worked. We had a kingsize bed with a nightstand on only one side, making it awkward for phone charging, night lights, and having resources next to the bed on the side without the nightstand. We were there for several days and it was difficult because there was no table or desk in the room which we needed. We bought a folding table that filled that need.

Stay here!

Great service and amazing facilities!! We stayed during their soft opening. Our floor had drywall dust and there was still painters tape on the walls but overall I would absolutely stay here again! Front office staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Our room was spacious and we loved having a full size refrigerator. The guest laundry room was really nice and the deluxe coffee machine in the lobby was next level!
