Skip the hotels and come relax in this quiet, comfortable unit with stunning views. Located just 5 miles south of Moab, this home has been furnished with your needs in mind. Family friendly unit has ping pong table, board games and inventory of over 300 DVD's. Oversized driveway provides plenty of room for vehicles, trailers and ORV. There are 3 bedrooms, (king, queen, and 2 twin beds) plus a sofa sleeper. The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab car show. This unit has recently updated furniture, mattresses and most appliances. In 2019, Rim Vistas Resort added a beautiful new pool and lounge area.

The walled patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbecue grill and cafe table and chairs. There's a private balcony off the master suite. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines)

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

The townhome is equipped with Wireless internet, Netflix and all televisions have cable.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

The townhouse/condo was great. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. There were plenty of games and movies for downtime and it was located close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. It was a little out of town, but close enough to stores and restaurants.

So-so stay in Moab
This spacious 3 bedroom home could have received 5 stars if only the property manager visited once in a while to evaluate the condition of the king bed, linens and towels. The king bed sloped several degrees toward the floor making it unusable for 2 people. The sheets are thin and grey with age. The towels thin and dark so cleanliness can’t be determined. The pillowcases were damp, presumably from coming out of the dryer too soon.

Great basecamp for Moab adventures!
My brother-in-law and a mutual friend stayed here last week on our trip to explore Moab and national parks. Access instructions were clear and accurate, the unit was extremely clean. Kitchen and pantry were well supplied and stocked. TV’s worked well, wi-fi was excellent, and we appreciated the expansive DVD library. Watched “Breaking Away” one night! Bedrooms were comfortable, the master was very nice. And the price was right! I would definitely stay here again, and not hesitate to recommend based on our experience.

This location is great for Arches and Canyonlands. It was also our base for seeing the total eclipse. Everything was as advertised and we were pleased with everything except the tv in the master bedroom, it operated so differently than the other tvs - but we weren’t here to watch tv. Would stay here again if we are ever back in the Moab area.

Rim Vistas 1A8 was nicely furnished and clean. The photos represent the unit well. It's a short walk to the pool and hot tub. The views of the surrounding red rocks were great. It's about a 10-12 minute drive south of Moab, so we drove into town for dinners. The garage was a nice convenience.
