I liked that the room was roomy, but I didn't like how the TV was so far from the bed because it was difficult to watch while lying in bed. I liked that the property is in a safe area. The mattress was alittle on the hard side. I have slept on worse. I prefer softer mattresses, but for one night it was okay. I also like how clean the room looked.

Breakfast chaos
They made the breakfast description sound like it was all this wonderful food with different varieties of food and all it was was a burrito from the gas station cut in half pre made waffles and bagels, toast and cereal. I have never seen such a tiny breakfast area. The juices I finally discovered were out by the front desk area. I actually had to drive around to the front where the check in desk was and where they were having breakfast because our room was around the building which was a little ways away.

The front desk staff was very friendly. That is the only positive thing to say. The room was big, but it was dark and dingy. Luckily I was super tired so the springy bed didn't keep me from sleeping. My back hurts though. Any car or person within a 100 foot radius could be heard as if they were sitting next to me in the room. Lastly, and this may be a poor assumption on my part, but our visit to breakfast at 9:04 was met with the news that they close breakfast down at 9. Not a crumb in sight by 9:04. We are typically pleased with Best Western, but we won't be staying there again. This location is a stain on the Best Western franchise like the stains on the hotel room carpet.

Hard beds
Booking was easy and convenient. At check in our room was cold and uninviting. The bathroom had black hair on the door and light switch. The beds where very hard uncomfortable. The tv was old and needed to be updated some 10 years ago.The cooling/ heater unit was very loud and would wake us each time it turned on. The pool hours were posted 9-9pm but our key would not work and 8pm. The coffee provided in the rooms was bitter and actually undrinkable even with the sugar and creamer provided. The continental breakfast did offer some good options however, definitely not the best breakfast ever, but was much appreciated to have protien options such as sausage and eggs.
