great overnight stay
The room was vey comfortable. It wa clean and well stocked with the necessities. The temperature was easily controlled. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was hot and the staff in the breakfast area was very attentive to the needs and was keeping all the items well stocked despite the fact that there were a lot of people eating at the same time. I would stay here again.

Bad Experience
The sheets had stains on them, and there was no one there to change them, so I had to change all the bedding by myself. The bathroom floor was so dirty like it hadn't been swept/mopped in a long time. I'm glad I had some Clorox disinfecting wipes, so I foot mopped the floor with them. I actually seen a couple of roaches in the room. The room had a bad musty smell to it.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. The tv remote was not programmed so we could not even watch tv. The light in the bathroom was only about half lit up. I spotted a large roach and also a baby roach in the bathroom.

We decided to evac from Hurricane Milton & since everyone heading north, we decided to head west. Found this room at great price on Expedia. It was clean, comfortable bed and staff was very kind. We never ate the breakfast so no comment on that but very satisfied with our stay. Internet was iffy though had no problem with my 10th generation iPad unlike my husband with his 9th.

ALL of the staff were amazing! Lanelle checked us in and was so sweet, understanding and amazing. She also helped us a few times that evening. The lady who did the breakfast service was also so wonderful. And breakfast was perfectly cooked, filling and delicious. 5 star stay!

When we had such a problem with Hampton Inn i called to see if we check early she said yes she would let me look at room before paying. It was a 100% better than at Hampton Inn.

Upon arrival the bed linens were soiled with vomit from the previous guests. Although they changed our bedding it showed that the room want cleaned prior to our arrival.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The sheets had visible mold, and the bathroom had mold on the back. Although the staff changed our room, it was just as bad. The chair was rusty, and the lamp in the reception area was full of dead bugs. To top it off, there was no water available during breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel!
