Awesome view, great service, outside of town
We had an excellent stay. If your looking for a place outside of the town core, stay here. Good value for everything, the service was great, we were made to feel at home, given excellent recommendations and had lovely chats about anything and everything from Italy to worldly politics. We enjoyed the homemade touch for breakfast, and the view from the communal patio was perfect to enjoy the afternoon sun.

Quiet place in the country side.
If you need a quiet place to completely relax, then this is the place for you. Located high in the country-side (5 km from Modica) with at beautiful view over the town. The host Mauritcio is very friendly and helpful with information. The breakfast is all homemade (bread, cakes, almond-milk, jam, honey ect.). Made by Mauritcio and his mom and sister.

EVITATE QUESTA STRUTTURA!
Avendo letto le recensioni le aspettative erano decisamente altre, ma purtrobbo siamo rimasti terribilmente delusi dalla struttura. Meglio spendere qualche euro in più piuttosto che rovinarsi il soggiorno. Raggiungere la struttura è complicato è lontano dal centro. L'igiene davvero scarso, la televisione non funzionante, odore persistentemente sgradevole e soprattutto munitevi di autan perché vi aspetta un invasione di zanzare.. Consigliamo spassionatamente di EVITARE QUESTA STRUTTURA!

Ideal para relajarse y disfrutar d bonitas vistas
Todo estaba muy bien,habitaciones limpias y acogedoras, las vistas de Módica desde la estancia, fabulosas y el dueño muy amable, nos ofreció un desayuno riquísimo, todo recién hecho y cocinado por él. Soló una pega, nos costó localizar el sitio, a pesar de estar muy cerca de Módica, y es que la dirección que indica esta pagina no coincide, y no la reconoce el navegador, así que antes de ir,localizar bien el sitio en el mapa, o poneros en contacto con el dueño, que es un encanto y os indicará como llegar.

Bellissima terrazza per la colazione
Il proprietario molto cortese prepara anche cene, tenendo in considerazione suggerimenti degli ospiti. Noi purtroppo siamo arrivati molto tardi la sera. Telefonate se non avete un navigatore per raggiungere il posto.

Una meraviglia a due passi da Modica.
Ho soggiornato per tre notti a Modicarte. Un luogo dove le persone fanno la differenza. Maurizio e la sua famiglia riescono veramente a farti sentire come a casa. Una gentilezza che si è sempre espressa con semplicità, quasi in punta di piedi. La location è ottima, la vista su Modica indescrivibile. Le camere silenziosissime, siamo in piena campagna. La colazione è perfetta: tutto freschissimo e genuino, con punte di eccellenza nelle confetture e nel pan briosche alle nocciole o alle noci.Consiglio assolutamente di prenotare la cena: vi stupirete per la bontà e la bellezza dei piatti.
