The check in time is 3PM and I reached at 10:45PM and the room was not ready yet - can u believe this? They said our staff was not available and we had to clean lot of rooms - thats not my problem, the bare minimum expectation is that when I reach late at night I am not waiting for my room. Horrible experience, never ever I will stay with them ever again.

The hotel was clean, nicely outfitted, and had friendly capable staff. Our room had confortable beds, a nice pull out couch, and updated washroom. The breakfast was among the best we have ever had at a hotel. The staff were diligently keeping the food fresh and full, and there were great options of all kinds including potatoes, sausages, eggs, pancakes, and more! We definitely recommend this hotel!

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING

This is the second time we stay at this hotel. We came from Ottawa, Ontario. We could not recommend Hyatt Place more! Everything from the moment we checked in, until we checked out was spectacular. The breakfast is delicious and they have a wide variety. Truly an amazing place to stay. We are already planning for our next stay there.

I fin the price too expensive. August 2025 My wife and I and our three children stayed at the Hyatt Place Moncton New Brunswick hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well located in the city center close to restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the employees are very courteous, polite, and warm. Our room had two double beds and a double sofa bed, television with several sports and local channels, a small refrigerator, no microwave unfortunately. Iron, coffee maker, a very good hot and cold breakfast included. My children had fun in the swimming pool, I used the gym. The hotel has a place to wash your car which was very popular and which I used twice. I am very satisfied with my stay at the Hyatt Place Moncton downtown hotel. I find expenssive to pay for parking at the rate you chrge fot the hotel room.I recommend this hotel, it is thirty minutes from Parlee Beach and 40 minutes from Hopewell Rocks. To fully enjoy everything in New Brunswick.

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. It is right in the heart of downtown and easily walkable to great dining options (some are right off the lobby). Great pool, tech, lots of USB ports to charge all the family's devices. The breakfast buffet may have been the best I have experienced at this level of hotel. I highly recommend staying here, especially for people travelling with their family.

Our room was clean and spacious. Location was nice to visit the surrounding areas. Staff were also friendly. Breakfast lineups can get crazy so get there early (improved layout of the breakfast area could probably help this). Overall I’d recommend the Hyatt Place and would return.
