Room and property was clean and the stay was very quiet. The room was a little worn but overall in good condition. Breakfast was just OK but the location was very convenient to other options for food. Overall a 4.5 stars

Nice hotel close to everything you would need in monroe. Wonderful hot showers and comfortable beds. Perfectly functioning air conditioning units. Nice warm pool. 24 hours available coffee was nice.

Front desk was rude and snapped off at me when I checked in. She kind of apologized to my wife after and said she thought we were someone else…. I did not appreciate it. The room we booked was a double room king (up charge from standard king) but the room was so small we could not move in the room. When my wife inquired about the room, the front desk said all king rooms are the same and they don’t have a double room with a king. The mattress was uncomfortable as well, 2 nights and 2 days if sore backs for both my wife and I. We will never stay here again.

Nice hotel. Staff was not super friendly, but they were efficient. I got a room that smelled like cheese and they changed us right away. The hotel is nice. Nice pool. No towels though. There was a phone, and the staff was informed. Apparently they ran out of clean towels. We had to walk soaking up to our room. Ok fitness area. Nice pool table. Fun board games to go with kids. Breakfast is ok, not the best, but for one night it was fine. I got there, there were no eggs left, or cups for the coffee, and a big “no milk” sign was displayed over the cereals. After insisting, all was replenished. The room was nice; simple, but well designed. Beds were comfortable. I slept so well. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Large parking. A few restaurants you can drive to; it is a suburban area.

Our room was not fully cleaned, as there was food and hair on the floor when we arrived. Everything else was in good shape, and that NOT SOAP, RADIO hand soap was absolutely amazing - best smelling soap we have ever used. Other then that, the hotel was decent, provided lots of little fun things to do (pool, swimming, board games, etc.) but the walls were on the thinner side and being a pet-friendly hotel, we experienced some loud dogs on our floor too - not fun at 2am to hear dogs barking...

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice, clean and warm, we also enjoyed playing pool at the hotel.
