Perfection!
We absolutely love Tru and this was no exception. The property, parking, and breakfast were all perfect. The staff was exceptional especially Jeanne. She was a welcoming breath of fresh air after a long day on the road.

When visiting family in the Monroe area, this is an affordable and convenient place to stay. Rooms are clean, breakfast is included, pool and workout areas are well maintained and staff are responsive and friendly.

Amazingly sweet, helpful, caring staff, above and beyond, truly. Very clean, nice, home feeling rooms, doesnt give you that “hotel” vibe that most hotels have, feels like a nice little safe temporary home, pared with such caring staff, feels like a place you want to stay longer. TRULY amazing hotel

The staff is super friendly and accommodating, on the surface the hotel looks nice but upon arriving the rooms have a very cheap feel to them and my room specifically was not in great shape. Loose shower fixtures. Slow drain. Very loose plastic toilet seat. Looks good. Feels super cheap.
