Felt the listing was somewhat misleading, we hadn’t realised the property was in a terrace of 5 similar houses all sharing the same site and swimming pool, which meant it was not accessible at all times.
The property was next to the pool which created occasional noise issues up to 2am.
We liked the 4 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds.
The property lacked wine glasses and a hair dryer.
Fly spray was a necessity.
It would have been helpful to have had a ‘welcome pack’ of information, outlining location of local market, shops, doctors, chemist etc plus a map of the local area - which we eventually discovered at an tourist information office.
We spent a couple of days trying to work out how to use the tv, hob, dishwasher and coffee machine. Instructions would have been helpful.
We were supplied with only 1 hand towel and bath towel each, we asked for extra towels, for which we were grateful.
We had travelled from UK and there is a limit to the amount of luggage we could bring, unlike other guests who had driven from their home countries.
It would have been nice to have had a change of bed linen during our two week stay. - we didn’t really want to do a lot of housework, washing bed linen, whilst on holiday.
On site car parking was good.- each house had its dedicated parking spot.
