No one answers phone, mess up reservations, moldy room, puts charges on wrong rooms, delivers requested items to wrong rooms repeatedly, water leaks everywhere in bathroom, says they made groupd reservation for father's birthday dinner but didnt, and that is just a few of the the issues I had. I ended up paying 1200 CAD more for a room that was not needed because no one here answers phones Even had expedia call after talking in person to a manager that says someone is always there to answer the phone and expedia said they called many times and no one answered. Do not come here, it is not worth the money and headache.

I did not get the room I had booked and even though the hotel was not fully booked; the staff made no effort to resolve the issue. There was no Wi-Fi connection or cable service on the Tv and even after calling maintenance it was not resolved and we spent the duration of the stay unable to use the TV. The bathroom located close to the restaurants that were being renovated had no electricity and, because of multiple renovations on the property, there was only one main dining option, which had lines for breakfast and dinner. Drinks were watered down and flavourless. Not what I had expected, an overall disappointment.

We did not get the room that we had booked and the supervisor made no effort to resolve the issue. The rooms were dated, with very dim lighting, the phones in the room did not work, maintainace did not fix them when they arrived. The bathroom was extremely outdated, and the tub was stained and old.

Worst resort experience of all times. I will never go back there. Dirty, unclean, unhygienic, everything that is bad applies to this place. My son's first and he wanted to leave ASAP. I regretted having to go to this place.

our visit was august 2024. we have mixed feelings the location was beautiful it was 20 min from dunns river and dolphin cove. which was important for us. transportation was easy. we felt the hotel was not great at communication. we had no idea there was evening entertainment specifically for children until 9pm until 852 pm on our last night and they said it was too late for our girls to participate as they had to prepare for the 9pm show for the rest of the guests. staff begged for tips, i found a roach in the food, we asked for bottle water on day 2 and they said we get more water every other day. 8 days was definitely enough, there is lots to do at a cost which we were prepared for. however we did discover the village which they do not advertise associated w the hotel. if you go meet w jay who really made a wonderful impression on our family. he has two stores it is the first store in left of square and the last store on right of the square

My first room I got check into have bugs annd ants on the bed. They had to relocate me to a different room. Where is one king size bed when I was supposed to have two beds then they relocated me to another room with two twin bed where there is mold on the ceiling, Food have roach all over it so we have to buy food outside. I would never go back to this hotel.

Curb appeal is good. The rooms and bathrooms needs upgrades. This property is 17 years old and needs upgrades. I stayed there when it was new and it was much better. The staff is mostly reponsive to your needs. Somedays they forgot to place bath rags in my bathroom. Rags were quickly suplied when i called. I'm not suggesting that the rooms are disgusting. I'm just saying that the rooms and furnitures could use some upgrades. With all the new hotels opening in Jamaica, this hotel will surely loose busines if they dont do some refurbishing.

The absolute worst place you could possibly stay. The entire property is filthy and the rooms are disgusting. Bathrooms are filled with mold and you can’t even tell it’s a glass shower door with all the soap scum. Some of the staff is nice but that doesn’t make up for how unsanitary and unsafe it is. Even the dining areas are dirty. The entire property needs a complete renovation and new management. This place should not be open.

Our stay was for 3 nights. When we got there, we had a friendly check in but when we got to our room the maid wasn't ready she was still cleaning. When she was over cleaning there was visibly dust and crumbs on the floor, the furniture were dusty. She didnt mop the floor just swept but didnt do so properly. You could see the soap scumb and water mark on the pipe from the bathroom obviously left from other guest. I liked everything else, food, entertainment, staff. I would definitely go back but maids have to pay more attention to detailing.

Property was beautiful but I didn’t realize I was on the family side. That wasn’t what I wanted. I wanted peace and quiet. I was unable to upgrade due to availability. I also requested two beds when I made the reservation through Expedia only to find out on property that’s it’s based on availability. Overall the place was beautiful and staff was professional except for one younglady at the end who refused to give the younglady from the Luxury side the card machine which held up my checkout for twenty more minutes. ( I had to purchase a band to have access to the other side of the hotel)Other than that the staff was superb. I think the hotels policies are a little “Bait & switch “ behavior.
