First of all I paid for an ocean view room and received a poolside room. Secondly the wet bar in the room was stocked only once. A tissue box in the room with no tissues. Lastly the people who cleaned the rooms never had washcloths, we had to call the front the desk to ask for them. Lastly, the food in all the buffets were cold unless you got an omelet or pasta made to order. I would not say this was a good stay or a resort I would visit again.

Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. The rooms were dirty, the service was poor, the food was horrible and very limited. Good luck finding food between 2-5pm. The entertainment was mediocre to say the least. I would not recommend or return to Ocean Eden Bay.

Overall, we had a good stay. We made the best of it. There was lots of variety to eat, our favorites were the Indian and Italian and the buffet. We didn’t really like the steakhouse and Marlins. The lazy river with the swim up bar was our favorite spot. The customer service wasn’t good, some were better than others, they just seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The pool was huge but the area around it was slippery. The beach was pretty but very rocky with a lot of seaweed. Loved Jamaica but may have to try another resort next time for the price.

This is the best vacation I’ve ever had , the food, service and entertainment were all a 10/10 however booking through Expedia unfortunately did not include transportation to and from the resort from the air port other than that I had an amazing stay and definitely plan on going back . The hotel also offers excursions thru a third party that pick you up in the morning , very very reliable and trust worthy it is awesome !!

The experience was a decent one. The last day I called 3 times to have the bell boys come get me and my travel partner’s bags. For over an hour. I ended up Having to lug her and my luggage all the way from our room on the 5th floor to the lobby so we would t miss flight. We were “Privilege” guests as well so it was mind blowing they made us to that. Everything else was nice.
