The staff was absolutely amazing. They were all kind and friendly. The check in processes was quick and easy. I was unaware of the 180 hold deposit and the 75 pet fee. Since I book through hotels.com I don’t believe that’s on the website. The beds were a little hard for my preference. Overall I had a great experience here

Hampton always offers a solid, comfortable stay. We loved the fresh baked cookies at checkin, and the kids had fun making waffles at the breakfast bar . Rooms were clean and modern. The pool was small, but still fun.

I didn't like the street light shinging inour window all night, no drapes. Didn't like additional $9.oo charge for insurance i didnt purchase the insurance and didn't want it hotels add extra that should be illegal. I understand government is coming down o. Businesses that do this.

The hotel staff is to be commended on their friendly and professional demeanors. They have made our visits comfortable and enjoyable.The rooms are spacious, especially the accessible rooms which really are appropriately appointed, unlike many hotels that provide the bare minimum. We highly recommend this property for your next visit to the Monterey Bay Area.

I stay at this Hampton Inn several times a year. This is the first time that they were out of so many snack items. Candy, ice cream, etc... I also noticed that every time I do stay, they always have new employees working the front desk. I haven't seen the same person twice.

When we first checked in and went to our room the beds were not made. The staff was very accommodating and switched us to another room. There was very little hot water in shower or sink.

Check in was nice and easy. The man at the desk was friendly. Room was nice size. The hot water for the sink and shower never got hot and the pressure was low. There's a homeless camp behind the hotel and someone from this camp tried to take my belongings as I was loading my car to leave the hotel.

Hotel was good. Was in industrial area that didn't seem like where you would find a nice hotel. There was a boarded up hotel next to it with signs everywhere says don't park there or you will be towed.

Second thoughts about staying here.
I stay at Hampton properties on a regular basis as I travel 26 weeks a year. The employees here were not that friendly. The property has a homeless living in the back ( east side) and I could hear them a at night speaking loudly just outside my window. I would have mentioned it to staff but they had already given me the cold shoulder so what was the point. I didn’t feel threatened and was ready and able to defend myself in case of a break in. There is no confidence that anyone will follow up on this review. I am a Blue Star Member.

We really enjoyed the location! Rooms were very clean, the only thing was the indoor pool, it was very stuffy and the overpowering smell of chlorine was hard to be in the pool for too long. Otherwise rooms and breakfast are great!
