Average for a motel 6. For the area, it was a clean, inviting property. There were lots of people hanging around outside the complex which caused a little unease, but again, given the area that's to be expected. There are not a lot of options for hotels in King city. The room was very clean, and well kept. It also included a microwave and a mini fridge. Towels can use refreshed as they were very "used" feeling. The staff was very friendly.

When I arrived, hotel representative was not very friendly. That was not so much of a big deal but then I got to my room and saw how dirty it was and immediately regretted my decision to stay there I waws on the bottom floor but could not sleep because the people above me were walking around all night The towels in the room were stained, shower head had mold on it and when I attempted to turn on the heater, the fire alarm started going off and the room began to fill with smoke. If I ever decide to stay in King City again, I will willingly pay more to stay somewhere else

Apparently they were remodeling some rooms and started at 7am and walls are so thin i could hear everything outside my room. Bugs inside my room aswell. Outdated units

We’ve been to other Motel 6 chains and this has been the only one we’ve been to that was not a good experience. Upon checking in, you’re greeted by hanging plants that literally overwhelmed the small place. The person behind the desk didn’t even smile even when I greeted him. He checked us in fast and just handed our key card and I had to ask which direction was our room. He answered as if I should know. So we proceeded to our room as we were tired. Floor was dirty. The appliances - tv, microwave and fridge didn’t look clean. Sink in the bathroom was also dirty. The shower head had some black stuff on it. The beds looked clean enough or my boys were way too tired to care as they already rested. I went to my car and got my cleaning spray. And yes, I brushed the shower head, and the shower wall! I did not ask for a different room because the person was not friendly to begin with and I have a tired child on the spectrum. I took pictures… too bad I cannot attach. Noted on my travel note we won’t come back to this branch.
