Been coming here for 25 YEARS! The thing that I love about this place is their buffet for breakfast & lunch. Fresh fruit, fresh salad bar, fresh juices and fresh lemonade. It makes a HUGE difference when you have access to variety. The staff is always nice. The place has many sofas & chairs in the lobby so I can receive my family and chat comfortably there. The beds are comfortable & they provide water bottles too! <3 We went for the Christmas dinner and that was such a fun event & experience. Now that I have a daughter I brought her to see Santa Clause, a balloon drop & he also gave handed her the Christmas present. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is old but good location, my room was on the 2nd floor which I strongly discourage. Room was clean but outdated, window curtains could not be opened, noises from the lobby can be heard. Food was very good at the restaurant.

Here’s a professional review in English for the hotel: The Crown Plaza is one of the finest hotels in Monterrey. It is exceptionally clean, and the service is always prompt. The buffet offers a delicious and varied selection of dishes. The hotel is also ideally located, just steps away from popular attractions such as Paseo Morelos, Macroplaza, and Pabellón M.

First time visiting Monterrey and our hotel was one of my favorite places to be at. The hospitality from the employees was a 10/10 breakfast buffet was so good too. My husband and I were able to walk to surrounding parks, restaurants and bars.
