Malísima experiencia
Monterrey es una ciudad hermosa y viajamos por primera vez a esta ciudad desde E.U. Planeando con anticipación nuestro viaje y pensando por adelante todos lo detalles. Y en verdad esta mujer la dueña de el apartamento nos hizo pasar la más amarga experiencia ya estando en el lugar para hacer el checo de entrada las tarjetas de la entrada no abrían , la de el departamento y para variar no había luz ella tan quitada de la pena y despota no contestaba llamadas ni para dar solución ósea solo envió el security y que el se encarara una situación que no te esperas ni sabes cómo solucionarlo, tuve que ir a recepción que queda lejísimos y el departamento tan difícil de encontrar para variar me envió la diré equivocada y sin de burla y haciéndome sentir tonta me dice dónde estás tan frustrante y una experiencia que ningún viajero con deseos de pasarla de lo mejor personas cómo ella te hacen pasar gracias. Dios la senorita de recepción dio su milla extra y nos solucionó

Great Location!
Everything you need is in the plaza attached to the condo and it has everything. Condo was perfect right near the pool and spa.
