Hotel is average, staff for the most part was Nice. One night the guard did not believe I was a guest and tried to kick me out of the property of pure thought and the buffet staff has horrible customer service

Arrived late at night and I perceived a bad smell, I was so tired and went to bed immediately, in the morning I noticed that the ceiling was covered in mold, the room was in terrible condition overall and dirty, hair in the shower, dust all over, I requested a change of room and they told me I had to pay extra, for the “same type of room”. I told them that I was leaving the hotel, and preferred loosing the money I already paid and just moved to another property. Finally they agreed to move me to another room that at least had no mold in it.

Me hospedé en Safi y quedé muy satisfecho. El hotel ofrece un concepto único, ideal para quienes aprecian comodidad, servicio de calidad y atención personalizada. Su estilo es clásico, y las habitaciones, aunque sencillas, son cómodas, con muebles de calidad, camas acogedoras, ropa de cama excelente y una regadera con presión y temperatura excepcionales. Safi está diseñado para quienes prefieren ser atendidos. Las habitaciones no tienen microondas, refrigeradores ni máquinas expendedoras. Sin embargo, hay servicio a la habitación las 24 horas, perfecto para quienes valoran esta conveniencia. Si prefieres preparar tus propias comidas o tener refrigerios a la mano, este lugar quizá no sea para ti. Las instalaciones incluyen un gimnasio bien equipado que usé todos los días. Aunque no probé la alberca ni el jacuzzi, lucían atractivos. El buffet de desayuno y cena fue delicioso y vale la pena probarlo. El personal fue amable y profesional. Resolvieron rápido un problema de ruido cambiándome de habitación y me ayudaron con una cama adicional cuando llegaron huéspedes inesperados. Esto refleja su flexibilidad y atención al cliente. Ubicado en una zona céntrica, es fácil explorar la ciudad desde aquí. Además, el ambiente es seguro. Sin duda, volvería, especialmente en vacaciones donde quiera disfrutar de un excelente servicio. Para quienes valoran comodidad y atención, Safi es una gran opción.
