I have been coming to this hotel for years. It has a very good location. This time I got one of the rooms that are not renovated and it is not the first time I have stayed in that type of room, but it is not the room that they show you on Expedia and the one I selected. I would not have complained, but the facilities in the room were too neglected, stains on the carpet, many long hairs in the bathroom (they were not mine), many hairs in the shower, the hair dryer did not work, the closet door was fallen and they just left it leaning against the wall in the room, the furniture was battered, old and stained plugs and switches, the bed was sunken and although the sheets and pillowcases looked clean, the pillows smelled dirty, I had to put a towel on the pillow to be able to sleep.

There was a coffee machine but no coffee, sugar, cups, etc. Out of the 4 days only once the staff came to clean. There was no place to purchase water, and the hotel said they ran out of bottled water. The keys do not work, each time we had to go to the front desk to redo the keys

It was cheaper for a reason. Very outdated. Had to ask for a different room because the drains were completely clogged and the room was not cleaned properly before arrival. The lobby was decent but once you go to room floors there is much to be desired. I left for a different hotel for the rest of my stay.

Las instalaciones estaban excesivamente sucias. La regadera del baño estaba llena de cabellos y huellas de zapatos sucios. Las sábanas estaban manchadas y tenían un olor desagradable bien impregnado. No recomiendo este hotel para nada, le pondría 0 estrellas si fuera posible, porque no se merecen ni una estrella siquiera. Se ve que el equipo de limpieza ni hizo el intento de limpiar tantito, porque estaba terrible la suciedad. Según tiene aire acondicionado pero no enfriaba para nada, llevaba mis dos bebés conmigo y estábamos sudando por tan caliente que estaba ahí adentro. El teléfono para llamar a recepción tampoco funcionaba y las toallas del baño estaban rotas. Ah, y para terminarla todavía te cobran el estacionamiento también. 😒 Nos fuimos a primera hora y nos quedamos en el Holiday Inn, el cual cobró casi lo mismo con almuerzo y estacionamiento gratis incluido, ese si lo súper recomiendo!
