Outstanding hotel and excellent service from the staff. I was traveling on business which was different from most tourists at hotel but they made special effort to have breakfast ready for me early so I could make my meetings on time. Will be staying here on future visits to Montevideo!

The hotel is very nice. Service is excellent. One thing to improve is that they offer you "a welcome drink" but the choices are very limited. For those of us who don't like wine or a spritz, there should be something else OR at least a credit toward something else. Also, I keep saying that breakfast could and should be better! More fresh items, more hot foods, less useless carbs.

Fantastic, luxury hotel in a great part of Pocitos, for a very fair price! Our room was fantastic and the service was top notch. The hotel location is great, and it blends in well with this very beautiful neighborhood, not dominating it like some typical luxury hotel chains might. We arrived from a very long flight at about 2am and Alexander from the front desk came out to greet us before we even got out of the taxi! We highly recommend it.

I had stayed before, so I knew the hotel. Very nice property, ample rooms, great service. The thing that impressed me the most this time was my dinner at the restaurant. I had some vegetables in curry sauce (more like a broth, very light) and with an addition of a grilled chicken thigh it made for a delicious meal. I had a welcome drink as well, and that completed the evening.

Incredible Luxury hotel, delicious food
