My stay at Days Inn had both positives and negatives. The customer service was friendly and helpful, but the room cleanliness was disappointing. The bathroom had hair from previous guests, and the shower curtain was dirty and clearly not replaced. The sink was clogged, and the room furniture was old and stained. Breakfast was below expectations, everything looked old and unclean, there were flies in the dining area, and the staff member responsible for maintaining it was eating and chatting with coworkers. The dim lighting in the room made it difficult to see, and to make matters worse, we could hear loud snoring from the neighboring room all night. The hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and soundproofing.

They say they offer airport shuttle but they didn’t when we were there. The guy at check in seems to hate his job. Very basic room with ok cleanliness.

Good stay
Overall it was a good stay. Didn’t have any issues. The room was clean but has a slight distinct smell. The room & bathroom was spacious. Bed is comfortable.

Bugs in the bathroom and the towels were off white/brownish color. Shower curtain stunk and the bottom was brown. The room smelled horrible including the sheets/covers. Terrible breakfast. Housekeeping was always staring at me when I was in the hallways making me uncomfortable.
