My room looked clean but there was a roach in my room it ruined my entire experience kept all my snacks and food in the refrigerator or microwave didn’t trust leaving any food items out i will never stop at here again it just didn’t smell or look clean

Great value hotel!
I normally stay close to this hotel when I come to Montgomery but did not want to spend as much as I normally do so I booked this hotel for the first time. It was a very comfortable clean hotel in a great location. They have streaming on the TV so you have a lot of options of what to watch, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel room was very clean. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby and the interstate is very accessible. From now on I will book at this hotel instead of the one that I pay more for.

Booked this because it was supposed to be soundproof and pet friendly. Am stuck next to a barking dog and can hear conversations on both sides of me. Was told there are no other rooms. Internet doesn’t work. Using my hotspot. Want my $200 back.

Hotel was comfortable for a short stay. We arrived late, which added to a frustrating experience as they had overbooked and given away our double queen suite, so we were placed in an accessible king room with two pull-out couches. There was bedding for only one, and at 2 a.m., I had to hunt down sheets and pillows. While the clerk was pleasant, she remained chatting on the phone with headphones in while assisting me. The room was warm, and the A/C didn’t seem to work well. Barking dogs were also a disturbance. Overall, the hotel felt cheap, but it was well-lit, safe, and in a nice area close to Starbucks and other necessities.
