The hotel is in the middle of several major areas in the city that are at most a 15-20 minute walk with things to do and look at on the way. We really enjoyed our stay and location.

Parking is horrendous. I'm driving sedan, it's a bit on the low side and I scraped with bottom on my car on the edges going uphill or downhill. The rest of the hotel was great.

Very friendly staff and overall experience is great. You get free Nespresso coffee in the room :-) There are minor design issues in how the room/bathroom are outfitted but these did not stop us from having an enjoyable stay.

The staff at AC Hotel Montreal were incredible. My wife and I were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and the front desk staff left us a lovely hand written note along with a small gift in our room on our arrival. I would highly recommend this hotel. The views from the pool deck and terrace on the 12th floor were spectacular.

We found the hotel noisy. There was a machine that sounded like a pump near our room that was constantly starting and stopping. It seemed to us that the noise from the hallway, the room above, and the street was louder than at most hotels. Breakfast was a la carte only and slow. The pool and hot tub were nice.

Great location
Location can’t be beat. Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly with easy check in. Lost a star due to pool cleanliness. One of the most sought after amenities needed some serious attention on the pool deck. Hair, dirty surfaces and garbage from other guests really put a damper on this here.
