The room was so clean, and very spacious! Staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and the views even better! The pool and jacuzzi was so beautiful! Would definitely return!

Beautiful hotel , Can’t say the same about the staff . Some nice but some extremely rude and not helpful at ALL . Checked in Friday , checked out Sunday . We did not have heat the first night of our stay . It was freezing cold . Called to front desk and was given an attitude for calling about being cold . Was told I didn’t know how to work the heating system . So someone came up and noticed it was not working . No apologies nothing . Bad experience! But overall Canada Montrèal beautiful city

The hotel was very well maintained and in a great location, close to Old Montreal and the main shopping streets downtown. The sauna and pool were super relaxing. We did not get to use the hot tub as it was out of service when we went, though it was operational the say prior. We would definitely stay here again!

View was fantastic. view at pool is gorgeous. It is really close from old town Montreal. It is recommended to use the government building entrance, which is next door, to access to old town especially in winter time. The staff was super friendly. We have an plug in car so we asked them and they charged $10 for full charge but it was pretty fast. parking spot in Montreal sometimes is awful but this place has spacious and good height size. I will recommended to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, it’s clean and modern with little touches that make it feel really luxurious. We had great experiences with the staff as well, particularly Adam at the front desk who was extremely attentive and helpful. We would absolutely come back again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting montreal.
