Good location close to train station and major shopping and dining. Hotel itself was definitely 3 star level. My double queen room was just ok. No window to speak of. Very basic. Tub never drained properly but overall it was acceptable.

We didn’t even stay 15 min in the room before leaving and booking at another hotel. The broken bed was fixed by maintenance but the hairs on the sheets, the toilet that barely flushed, the bathroom shower that had a rotting roof were beyond being a quick fix. There was little to book for the F1 weekend and I should have known. Of course they told us the room was non-refundable. Imagine how terrible this room had to be to walk away knowing we had little to no chance of getting a refund. Never again. The smell of wet carpet smell dusted over with frebreeze in the halls was the cherry on top. I will say the staff were friendly but with no other room to move to and no offer of even a slight refund - it’s left a very bitter taste.

Some of the worst customer service experience ever. On top of the fact that there was someone else's hair in our shower and that our pillow case had holes in it, my partner left something in our room when we checked out and after calling to retrieve the item, they are claiming it hasn't been found. I even called a few days later to and while telling me they had the item, it ended up being something completely different when he went to pick it up. Someone from the staff very obviously did not put said item into the lost and found and the hotel doesn't seem to care about helping to retrieve it. I don't know what kind of horrible lost and found policy this is, but I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
