The staff were excellent, cleanliness was 5/5, the rooms are just very small compared to the pictures shown. You could literally touch the bed from the toilet. Not the grandest experience.

Room was poorly cleaned. Still rings from peoples drinks on the night stand. Top sheet on the bed was not tucked in and the under pad was not held in place on the corners. Basically I had to make the bed. That was not fun after seeing hairs, eye lashes and someone’s clipped toe nail under the pad.

Older, dated rooms. Had no shower curtain but rectified upon request. Cleaning staff did not make bed first day and did not refill toilet paper. Rectified upon request as well at front desk. Otherwise, location was great and price good.

I got charged more than what my booking said. They did a system change during my stay so receipt doesn’t show whole stay. One transaction with my visa is missing on the receipt. I’ve sent 2 emails and called twice but still haven’t received any news. Another guest was checked in to our room during our stay. It was a good thing we didn’t lose anything in our room as the other guest had access to our room.

Nice hotel but room smelled of cigarettes. Complained a couple of times to front desk with no resolution. As a diamond elite member with Best Western this was even more frustrating.
