Really enjoyed my time at your hotel. It isn't fancy. But all i really need is a clean, safe, quiet place to sleep, and it is. The location is excellent. The staff was friendly. But my stay was not perfect. My second night there i got back from a concert. I really needed to take a shower. But, there was no hot water. I called the front desk but nobody answered. I tried calling again a short time later and finally they answered. I was told to let the water run for 10 minutes. Well.. Ended up having to let it run for about 15 minutes. Inconvenient? yes. Annoying? Very. Wasteful? Extremely. But my question is, if you all knew that, why would you withhold that information at check in? At least then i would know and it really would be ok-ish. So, honestly, i will probably stay there again. But just please consider telling people upfront. (or just fix the issue!)
