I got charged more than what my booking said. They did a system change during my stay so receipt doesn’t show whole stay. One transaction with my visa is missing on the receipt. I’ve sent 2 emails and called twice but still haven’t received any news. Another guest was checked in to our room during our stay. It was a good thing we didn’t lose anything in our room as the other guest had access to our room.

Nice hotel but room smelled of cigarettes. Complained a couple of times to front desk with no resolution. As a diamond elite member with Best Western this was even more frustrating.

1. the room 426 was not completely clean yet when we checked in, the cleaning supplies are in the bathroom and no shampoo, conditioner, and soap ,the floor is dirty. 2. the hotel changed the room 423 to us and I just found the room was exactly as I booked. the first room 426 was smaller than I booked. 3. the last night we found bed bugs in room 423. then the hotel changed room 414 to us. the vents of the heater was dusty, overall, I didn't sleep well because the heater is way too loud. too noisy to sleep.

The staff were great overall, especially the front desk team, who were very helpful and professional. Housekeeping did a good job in general, but there is still room for improvement, particularly with floor cleaning. I would also recommend improving the air quality and overall smell in the lobby and hallways, as that would make the experience much more pleasant. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but adding disposable slippers as part of the room amenities would be a nice touch. Overall, a decent stay with some areas that could be improved.
