Exactly what you expect from a chain hotel. Dependable, clean, but no frills. The location was great and the staff was helpful. If you only need a place to sleep before going out to sightsee, this is a good place to do so.

I want to say a special thank you to the staff at the front desk. Especially upon check in on September 19th around 130pm. I arrived early for a conference and had to teach a class online. After I asked where a coffee shop with WiFi might be - they told me not to worry and checked me in early. Hassle free. I can't express how important that was to me. I was expecting to be told check in was a few hours away. Everything else was great too. Clean rooms , the staff helped with directions and was always so kind. It was exactly what I needed for the purpose of my stay. Thank you again.

Really enjoyed my time at your hotel. It isn't fancy. But all i really need is a clean, safe, quiet place to sleep, and it is. The location is excellent. The staff was friendly. But my stay was not perfect. My second night there i got back from a concert. I really needed to take a shower. But, there was no hot water. I called the front desk but nobody answered. I tried calling again a short time later and finally they answered. I was told to let the water run for 10 minutes. Well.. Ended up having to let it run for about 15 minutes. Inconvenient? yes. Annoying? Very. Wasteful? Extremely. But my question is, if you all knew that, why would you withhold that information at check in? At least then i would know and it really would be ok-ish. So, honestly, i will probably stay there again. But just please consider telling people upfront. (or just fix the issue!)
