The floor of my room was sticky with dirt, I needed to wipe it down upon arrival. Not the hotel’s fault but there was so much banging of doors and loud swearing in the hallways I didn’t sleep the first night I was there. ….Only one (of two) elevators working meaning that access to the stairwell up to the rooms was open - probably not the most secure situation. On the upside I could use the stairs to get to my room…… you get what you pay for.

Very dirty floors inside room and in hallways, stinky carpet. Dated furnishings, it was dark inside the room because of the ɓrown furniture, the airco very loud, no netflix app on the tv, clean bed,very stinky pillows. It was terrible, it was absolutely overrated. But the staff was very good, friendly & sufficient. It influenced my stay in Montréal, next time pay a little more and have a clean, updated hotel

The biggest feature of this property is it's location and proximity to Rue St.Catherine! The hotel is clean and straightforward. Having said that the rooms are a bit small with not much of a view of anything, but that might come with the downtown territory as well as the price point, which is pretty reasonable in comparison to other properties in the immediate vicinity. Otherwise, good experience generally!

🤔 Ever wonder what the “PLUS” in Best Western PLUS means? Let me break it down: ➕ A sofa bed for my teen with stains (and no, it wasn’t toothpaste) that sure looked like male bodily fluids 🤢 ➕ An unlocked door when we checked in 🚪😳 ➕ Staff attitude: “It should be fine” 🙄 Asked for another room? ❌ DENIED. Asked for their sister property? ❌ DENIED. Told a roller bed wasn’t possible—then after 90 mins in the lobby, they magically “found” one: ⚠️ No sheet ⚠️ No blanket ⚠️ No pillow Called corporate? ☎️ ZERO help. Health hazards + zero accountability = Avoid this hotel—and ALL Best Western properties—at ALL costs. 🚫

Property present around most happening places of the town. No parking - u need to pay for parking exists 200meter from property Rooms are Ok, didn’t get a good view though from room. Escalator is noisy. No free breakfast. No drinking water facility in each floor Cost is high. Expect location, everything else is minimal. Can’t give more than 3/5

Elevators were slow, room wasn’t ready for checkin until 6pm, but I got a discount and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice, clean. I liked the location as well, close to lots of shopping and food.
