I stayed at this property twice. First time I gave them benefit of the doubt but this time. I think there is something systematically wrong. I did not get the room I selected and paid for. Staff gave me a room that was down graded and I am not happy with this kind of treatment. I had paid in advance for the room. If you are out of that type of room, upgrade my room but it was down graded. It is sign of disrespect by staff and management.

When there is an event next door at Place Bell, pack your patience, traffic jams around the hotel, police routinely hold ride spot checkpoints each evening around the hotel. The underground shared parking causes additional delays. Otherwise a good time.

Right beside Place Bell which makes it a great stay for an event. Lots of plazas in the area to pick up any needs and several food options. Parking was easy to find. For the price it would've been nice to have water at least but other than that had a great stay!
