I booked a stay but my reservation was cancelled by the host the day before I was to arrive. The host sent me a link to contact him and offered to assist me in finding another location to stay but the link was invalid and he did not reply at all to my email. Then I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with VRBO to get a full refund, as the initial refund was not complete, since VRBO claimed that I cancelled the booking . Poor company and host to deal with. The host should be blacklisted.
