Had to turn the heat on myself in -11 C weather
I arrived in -11 C weather. There was no light on outside the front door of my room, but most others did have a light. When I entered, the room was very cold and the heat was off. I had to turn on the baseboard heater then leave for a few hours. When I returned it had warmed up a bit, but I stayed under the covers. Eventually it was warm enough to be comfortable. The electric baseboard heater made a humming noise non-stop until I shut it off in the morning. The TV remote control did not work at all. The front desk told me the maintenance guy would have batteries but he was gone for the day, so I had to use buttons on the cable box. The front desk also tried to turn on the light outside the front door of my room from the front desk but did not succeed. Maybe the light bulb was burned out. Finally, the pillows were so flat, I had to scrunch them up to be comfortable. I will say the room was clean and did not have an odour. I was looking for a cheap room and got what I paid for. I would have at least expected them to turn the heat on a few hours before arrival so I don't show up to a freezing cold room.

I rented the big jacuzzi room . Yes it was a beautiful stay , but one side of the jets in jacuzzi didn’t even work and other side stayed on for like 15 minutes . Staff did want to change my room , but from a kig size bed to a queen size bed and a smaller, tighter room . Front desk two men were very nice people though.
