We had booked for 4 guests, but only 2 sets of towels were provided. The next day, I informed the front desk that we needed 4 sets of towels and requested that the garbage be removed. However, I did not receive a proper response, and upon returning to the room, I found that the garbage had not been removed and only 2 sets of towels were left outside. Additionally, I found the breakfast options limited, consisting of only bread, boiled eggs, and cereal. I believe there could be more variety offered to improve the overall guest experience.

It was our first time there…we got a room on the 5th floor overlooking the sunset! It was wonderful! Room is very clean! Shower is amazing! Please note you have to pay for underground parking and breakfast …otherwise I think I will stay there again! Oh, front desk staff is welcoming and kind. Added bonus! 😊

Great stay for us. The only thing I’d mention is this hotel should not be listed as a 4 star. It’s more of a 3 star. No valet, no Conceirge, no restaurant, no bar. Only continental breakfast, I think normally to qualify as a 4 star more of these special things are warranted. That said, the hotel was new and clean and we had a great time.

Convenient location, less than a 7 min ride from Carrefour Laval. Nice rooms, new decor. Lots of restaurants in the area and easy to get on Higway 15 to go downtown Montreal.
