The room was cold, full of broken furniture and not really accessible as it was advertised. The hotel was like a motel and the smell in the lobby was awful.. old carpets and cigarette

Conveniently located via shuttle to YUL (Trudeau) Airport. Beds clean and comfortable. Rooms had stains and food spots from previous guests! TVs small and old, microwave same, damaged areas around sink, towel selection minimal. Paid breakfast was very good. Staff had issues with providing empty plates to heat our own food in microwave. They need a policy shift in this regard: if you have microwaves then provide a few plates to guests who are paying hundreds of dollars a night to stay with you! Issue caused unnecessary stress! Overall, OK stay but room for improvement and updates. Cleaning and Maintenance needs to be improved.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional—condescending in their tone, speaking over me, and showing no willingness to assist with my concerns. I felt dismissed and unvalued as a guest. Additionally, the amenities were disappointing. Despite the listing, there was no breakfast provided, and the shuttle service ends before midnight, which is highly inconvenient for late arrivals or evening outings. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. Customer service and basic amenities should be a priority, and they failed on both counts.
