The carpet in the room is dirty and damp. This is worse when the hotel does not provide in room slippers. They also ran out of toothbrushes when requested. Reception was not very responsive to our requests for in-room amenities.

the layout was interesting. the in and out door staggered, I guess this is to prevent wind blowing through ! I was disappointed about the parking, was told $36.00 that turns out to be $41.38 !!! It is $ 25.00 @ the Intercontinental.

This hotel is close to Montreal Central Station. gym was clean and the swimming pool and sauna were satisfactory. The subway(Lucien-L'Allier) was also very close, so it was easy to get to other places. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Thank you!

Everything was perfect with our stay, other than, the parking garage smelled extremely like garbage. After we parked in the garage originally when we 1st arrived, I asked my husband to get the car after that. I couldn’t stand the smell. But the hotel was excellent as usual and the staff was kind and very helpful. The area around the hotel is central to everything. Shopping, food, restaurants, grocery, metro are all within walking distance. We have stayed here several times and it’s always a pleasant experience.

Dans l’ensemble un séjour agréable, le personnel est attentionné et professionnel, la chambre était spacieuse, une piscine et salle de gym au 15ème étage très sympathique avec une vue sur la ville. Proche du Métro ( 2mns à pieds), plusieurs restaurants sont aux alentours, il y a du choix selon vos goûts. Situé à un bloc de la rue Ste Catherine où se trouve plusieurs boutiques ( lululemon, Apple, Nike…) pour le shopping c’est bien pratique un peu de marche car le rue est longue ( centre commercial Eaton)…je reviendrai certainement lors de mon prochain séjour.

The hotel room was very large and clean. It was quiet and clean. The 2 issues that were a big problem were the road closures in front of the hotel, which prevented our Uber Eats driver from delivering food and the fact that there were no places to get food within walking distance after 10pm. Your restaurant was closed at 10pm on a Saturday and there was no way to get a simple glass of milk. I will be better prepared next time but it was still very annoying for a first time experience at your hotel.
