The hotel was really fun being on the 10th floor. The amenities were great although one of the hot tubs wasn’t working and also the sauna. The staff were great. Our room seemed clean until I noticed the cobwebs above the mirror in the bathroom.

The hotel was very nice; great facilities, pool, gym, etc. The sauna was out of service which was unfortunate, however the rest of my stay was quite pleasant. The staff at the breakfast were very friendly and professional.

Loved that this hotel was inside on the 10th floor with perfect downtown views of the city:) Very family friendly. You can relax & laze around from the spa area to their unique lounge section. Tried the restaurant for lunch & dinner, both times the food was absolutely delicious! Our room was perfect, although there was a bit of ants around the window area (possibly due to building structure/climate) the staff acted immediately & effectively to clean and treat the area. Overall is one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced as it offers such enjoyable amenities within close proximity of all that you need.

The lobby area was great and beautiful but within the room, there was a lot of issues. 1. The washroom sink was clogged 2. The mechanical vent was leaking and we told the front desk and it could be fixed 3. There was a piece of gum left over in the bed The room looks nice after the renovation, but the maintenance of the room was not done properly!
