The service at this hotel is excellent! The room was very clean and the room cleaning service was great. We liked the kitchenette in the room. Our hair dryer was very old and loud and the hotel quickly replaced it after we asked them to. Overall we had a good experience and will likely book with them again.

We stay at this hotel every time we are in Montreal. We love the location. It is good walking distance to shopping, Mont Royal, restaurants, etc. We even walked back from Old Montreal one night. The staff are welcoming, and friendly and the rooms have everything you could want including mini kitchens. We will be back for sure!

The property was good. The location was great and the valet service was absolutely fantatic. The guys for the valet were really amazing. The front desk service, however, was not as great. It was polite, but it felt that we were bothering them for each question we had, which did not feel very pleasant.
