Room service was always delicious! Room was quiet and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom needs upgrading. The water pressure was pretty bad. The toiletries aren’t as nice as you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. The bathrobes were old and pilling.

Property was accessible to many attractions within walking distance. Took very long to check us in......over one hour. Instead of 3 pm, it was past 4 pm. Parking.....no in and out privileges. Had to pay each time we took the car out each day.

Our room was very Spacious. We loved the location and the view from our room. The breakfast was awesome but a little expensive. The lady at the concierge was very good and guided us well. Altogether we enjoyed our stay.

Great value, great staff, and great location!
I love this hotel and have stayed there a few times now with pets. The staff are nice and friendly and very accommodating. The location is quiet but also steps from all the action, St Catherine Street, etc. Food from the cafe and bar is excellent. Lots of restaurant options nearby also.

We stayed for a weekend to attend the Osheaga music festival and explore Montreal! The hotel is very centrally located in the city and the service was amazing. Hotel restaurant was very good as well
