Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Best budget hotel to stay in montreal. It is located in a busy street with great food options, walkable distance to the city attractions.

The owner Cameron the second day of our trip and was so helpful! Since it was our first time visiting the area we didn't understand the METRO and took He took the time to explain the Metro and wrote it out on a map for us. This saved us soooo much money and so much time! The staff was all very kind.

Worst stay ever. The beds are dirty. Air-con is very weak, almost not cool at all. No parking. I have to park at the Grand Library at $25/day. Wifi is poor. Everything is very very old.

The room has almost no air-con, wifi and cable tv signal are not stable. Good things are they had staff at the counter late at night and the hotel provides free juice, coffee and water.

Older hotel, very basic
It's an older hotel and very basic so I recommend keeping your expectations very low. The location is excellent: near Berri-UQAM station and 747 Airport bus plus lots of restaurants on the same street! Wi-Fi is spotty at times, but generally works. The rooms are small so better for people lodging solo than couples. No elevator, so be prepared to lug your bags up and down the stairs. I was on the 4th floor - not fun. I'm glad there is a small fridge in the room at least, though in questionable condition. Box spring is old and shows stains on the sides. I hope the owners slowly update the rooms as they do need it. But my stay wasn't terrible.

Basic budget hotel, nothing fancy but fine for my solo trips. Great neighborhood for restaurants, people enjoying themselves, etc. I’ve stayed here several times and hope to return.
