Have stayed many times here and is always great! The staff is friendly. I rooms are spacious and comfortable. I enjoy having a full kitchen. Very close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Traveling with family. The rooms are spacious but in dire need of a refurbish. The facility was truly run down. Toilet was broken, dishwasher almost fell into my lap when I opened the door, bathroom door was off the hinges etc. The area is sketchy with homeless people trying to enter the lobby and elevators. Would not recommend this hotel.

Nice spot, great location! It is a calling distance to most everything. There is underground parking, which is a bit tight if you drive a bigger vehicle and it is a bit expensive. The hotel could use a bit of upgrading but room is nice with kitchenette.

The service is super poor. Overcharged for our room. What’s the point of a receipt if they are going to take over $100 more. Our stay was supposed to be $250 total and it came out to over $500 because of parking that is over $70 for two nights that isn’t overtly stated on the website and spending over 45 minutes navigating the construction around the building with no warning at all. Very poor experience.
