There was nothing not to like. The room, bathroom, dining room, everything was spotless. Breakfast was delicious, a large variety of fresh fruits every day. Clean towels, bathrobes. Cool rooms in the summer. Everything you need they had.
The building was very well appointed and beautiful. The breakfasts were delicious and of a good quantity
Owner was very friendly and spoke excellent english.
I liked that it was a really clean place and the staff were really nice. Also it was a really comfortable old house.

The interior is lovely and the host is welcoming and helpful. The location is far from downtown and a long walk from the Metro, though the bus to the Metro is on the corner. I had not realized that bathrooms are shared among the guests. They are nice, but it is not something I am comfortable with.
This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and it was wonderful. Joanne (I think that was her name) was so nice and welcoming. I love how she has unique codes on everyone's door to make them feel safe. There is also a code to the front door, so you don't need to carry a key or anything around. The room was so cute, queen bed nicely made, nice tables, and accent lights. Even a towel warming rack! There are two full bathrooms for everyone to share, and she keeps them very clean. She asked our dietary restrictions and cooked us breakfast that I could eat (milk allergy). If you're looking for a place near the heart of the city where you can lay your head and not break the bank, this is it!
Our stay was amazing. My bestfriend and I drove from Ontario for the weekend, and were wowed by the place. Everything we needed was there, the hostess and her daughter were super friendly and helpful, and on top of a stylish, clean, and cozy room, we had amazing breakfast in the morning! I would definitely stay there again.
Location is fantastic - walk-ability in Verdun is wonderful.
This B&B has had every detail carefully considered. The rooms are very inviting and extremely clean. The lavish bedding tops even a high-end hotel. Plenty of storage in the closets and dresser and to have a comfortable armchair was fantastic. Desk area and mini fridge were very appreciated as was the back-lit makeup light. The shared washroom was meticulously cared for - cleaned daily and had a wonderful shower and clever areas to set my toiletries down. A comfortable and clean housecoat was provided, which was a real luxury as were the beautiful towels and linens.
The dining area was comfortable and had every provision needed - self-serve coffee and water station, which I loved. The breakfast provided was lovely - every care had been taken to make it special and memorable and, of course, delicious.
The owner of this B&B was wonderful to speak with and helped me with all of my questions and more.
I look forward to staying here again.
It was a good stay. Easy to get to, street parking and parking behind the building. There is a bus stop less than 1/2 a block away, which was great. Free wifi was nice. Downside, the room we were in was kind of bright (I like complete darkness), even with the blinds pulled and the curtain shut, but I suspect other rooms don't have this issue. Breakfast was nice.
This B&B is very quaint. It's spotless clean. The bathrooms are shared beteeen 5 guest rooms (which we didn't know from the web site). The air conditioner in the room - a stand up window unit-was horribly loud. When we mentioned it, we were offered a fan, which worked better. The street noise was a bit bothersome as well. Otherwise our stay was lovely. The other guests were very nice to chat with. The breakfasts were splendid ! The owner is very warm and hospitable . Her attention to detail is obvious!

I was not too happy with La Petite Bourgeoise because it's fare to the city . This small B&B with four rooms has only two bathrooms on the hallway. Although the hostess was kind and breakfast was great, I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends.
Johanne is an amazing host and her Verdun B&B is so charming! We had all the creature comforts in our room and Johanne serves wonderful breakfasts every day. There is parking to the rear of the location and we managed to squeeze my Chevy Suburban back there with a little maneuvering. We felt as if we were staying with a family member with how well Johanne treated us...we will return again and can't wait to stay at Johannes B&B on a future trip!
This was a great B&B! The owner was very friendly, helping us to plan our stay. Breakfast was excellent. The B&B was within walking distance of parks and, more importantly, close to the Metro. I would like to mention that there was no bathroom in the room, which is common at a B&B.
It was only one day of stay, but we really enjoyed tasty breakfast, comfortable bed. I was impressed to see our room door had a welcome sign. Host was just great peron, wish to stay here longer.
Coffee shop or small store were near by, it was nice to walk around house.
This is, by far , the best appointed BB facility...superclean spaceous rooms, outstanding breakfast.!
It was a pleasure to stay there, even though for one night....!
This was a wonderful find. It was immaculate. The breakfasts were generous, delicious and healthy. The location was perfect for my purpose, free parking was great since I am a terrible street parker. Wonderful and quiet, I would highly recommend this location to others (however, I want to make sure I can get a room the next time in Montreal)
