Excellent hotel right in the heart of the old port of Montreal. Easy walking to dining and the waterfront, right around the corner from the cathedral. Lovely, clean and comfy rooms!

Nice Hotel in a Great Area
We enjoyed the Saint Sulpice Hotel. Great location which made it walkable to restaurants, sites and shopping. The only suggestions would be: coffee available in the lobby, nicer bath towels (the toiletries are amazing) and more variety for breakfast choices.

Staff services are beyond and above. The hotel location and features are exactly what we were looking for - easy access to Hop On-Hop Off (Grayline) bus, Classic, European-like vibes, picturesque cobblestone pavement and festive dining areas at night. Will stay here again.

No clock; no subtitles on TV; no towel rack in bathroom; no drawers for clothing; coffee machine does not stop on its own; no turn down service; no amenities like lobby coffee or fruit. Large room, comfortable otherwise. With a few adjustments would be improved. We've stayed here several times 15-20 years ago before "improvements" and it was better.

We were disappointed that both the restaurant and bar were closed during our visit, as it was not advertised as such. Our balcony room overlooked the courtyard, which during the daytime had very loud construction noise, including sawing, which made it impossible to talk and relax. Our hallways was painted during our stay, and the smell was pretty overwhelming. Breakfast was served during our stay, but took over 1 1/2 hours after we ordered to come, and was very underwhelming. The staff was helpful, however, I was surprised that at check in they suggested we forgo housekeeping so they could donate $5 to WWF….
