Hotel was lovely. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The only issue I had was confusion on the valet parking. I didn't see any communication regarding how/where to park. Which led me to circle the block numerous times before parking illegally in an alleyway and questioning the front desk. Clear instructions would be helpful.

Perfect stay in MTL
Such a great location for shopping and dining. The only two negatives were that the pool isn't really hot enough to relax in and the restaurant and bar at the hotel are closed.

Very posh rooms and hotel lobby. Highest level of cleanliness is maintained. Not too impressed by uppity staff. Bar and restaurant were closed so we were unable to entertain guests.

Comfortable, Convenient Hotel, Downtown Montreal
Fabulous stay of 4 nice nights! Rooms comfy and clean. Great service at reception. Kudos to the kind gentleman, 'avec la barbe,' when I checked in December 3, and Delphine and Haola there upon my departure December 7. Truly appreciate they allowed me some extra minutes after 11:00 am check-out, as I move a bit slower with my crutches! Very courteous and professional staff at reception, helping with bags, and also in the breakfast room, when I ate there one morning. Delicious and ample. Cost was C$ 23, but worth it compared to what you would pay outside hotel for a similar spread. This was my third trip to Montreal in past year-plus. Quebec was home to many ancestors who emigrated to the USA long ago. I love this city, and thanks also to the reception staff for patience as I spoke French (tried to, at least!). Hope to return to Le St Martin Hotel Particulier Montreal one day! And, Metro is just across the street! 'Merci beaucoup!' Philip
