not good
bath tube was semi clogged, notified twice to be fixed, not fixed. Thursday night coming in late, saw a mouse running from elevator area to restaurant on main floor. Front desk kept talking to hotel service technician in length while 3 people waiting to be checked out. water bottle in room was not refreshed after checkin, no bathroom floor towel after first night, this is critical as floors would be slippery when wet.

This was my second stay at Le St Martin Hôtel and it’s one of my favourite hotels in Montreal. Close to shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly….we adored Leonardo, the concierge.

Our stay was only for one night, however, I am looking forward to going back again! The staff was friendly, the hotel is lovely, the bedding is divine. Rooms are quiet, extremely clean, and it is within walking distance of a ton of shopping and Bell Centre. Beautiful hotel!

Really enjoyed our stay at Le St.-Martin. It’s very centrally located to shopping, the VIA Rail train station, lots of dining options, including Dunn’s Famous Deli for smoke meat, close to the Musée des Beaux Arts, the Peel Metro Station, McGill University and Mount Royal. We were in room 1601. The room is a nice size, including a shower and a separate soaker tub. I would highly recommend staying here.

The elevator made logistics hard, we waited up to 15-20 mins to get the elevator up. It was not feasible to walk the stairs with our 15mos old and purchases. This created a need to plan out even a "quick" run out.

The only thing about our room- pillows were hard I was recently at another hotel and there were 2 pillow options for each person Firm or soft and the type was embroidered into the pillowcase on each pillow- genious! Maybe you could try that? And the restaurant was closed- that was a bummer and one elevator was down- Not hard because we could use the stairs- until we needed the elevator to bring down our suitcases But other than those issues- we had a great stay! We loved our room! and the staff were all wonderful!

Overall a very nice hotel. Pros: friendly staff. Very quiet room. Comfortable bed. Great oversized bathtub. Cons: needs shelf in shower. Their restaurant is permanently closed, so no food or room service or bar. Mediocre breakfast. Needs a business center. Their lobby computer for guests runs on Windows 7 and doesn't have a printer! (Can't print boarding passes).
