Hotel was connected to underground so easy to walk to shops when it was cold but walking underground took much longer. The hotel is near great restaurants and activities. It has a wonderful 24 hr gym.the concierge is extremely helpful.

We stayed 2 nights. At first they gave us a room that was on the other side where if you needed to take the elevator you had to switch on the 3rd floor. We had two kids and a bunch of stuff. We asked to be switched and they did. The next room was located straight from the elevators but still faced a wall. But it was much better and slightly bigger. We parked across the street because of the cheaper rate. Hotel was clean and convenient to a lot of places. The pool and sauna was nice. Gym was big.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Great location, great rooms (spacious for our family of 5), great value. Our one issue was with the pool attendants, every one of them had a different interpretation of the rules and it was very frustrating. Clearly a training issue. But the manager of the hotel assured me they would speak to the third-party who employs the pool staff. Valet was fantastic as well.
