Was here earlier than check in time and was told there was a 10/hr extra charge for every hour before normal check in. That would have been nice to know as I would have changed my itinerary so I wouldn't have had to pay the extra.

It is a very convenient place to stay. Very friendly staff and all the staff we talked to spoke English. For the kids and amazing water slide. Would definitely stay there again

Was very good. Area has issues with car breaking. Saw a lot of broken glass in parking lot and signs stating that they are not responsible for theft. Better security would be nice.

Decent hotel, lots of parking although a bit inconvenient as it requires access card to get in and out. Desk staff did not seem too friendly or welcoming upon arrival but maybe were just busy, otherwise good. Thank you.

We always stay at Microtel every chance we get. From Quebec to Vancouver island. Always a great stay, always.....except this time. Front fesk was not friendly or helpful. We are members of Wyndham and usually get free upgrades if available and match prices for online bookings. This lady sent us nextdoor to the other hotel, they had no availability. So we returned and paid the highest price ever in a Microtel, and she gave us the smallest room available. We were very disappointed and not sure we would return to Microtel Dorval unfortunately.......
