Excellent place to stay. Close to downtown and older part of the city. Walking distance to the Mount Royal. Clean and quiet. We stayed there on the Canadian Thanksgiving and it was full of people. If you're looking for luxury book a room at the hotel next to it. If you need a place to sleep, it's an excellent option. Parking may be tricky when it's busy. But staff was excellent with help. Across the street there is another parking spot with more vacant spots.

Great location! Very convenient to the Bell Centre. Super clean and spacious rooms. Very comfy beds. Underground parking is easier than we expected. Denba, in the dining room has excellent customer service skills. He made breakfast time even better by his being very attentive and professional. The tiny fridge in the room was a disappointment. It was so stocked up with beverages for sale that its very difficult to squeeze in your own foods and beverages! Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this hotel was great but unfortunately in our room (523), the TV stopped working after turning it on for a few minutes at a time (we stopped trying after a few times) and halfway through our stay, our room wasn’t able to “cool down” below 23 Celcius. As long as this was an isolated incident, I certainly would recommend this hotel.

Lovely 1-night stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, parking was easy. The staff were friendly & knowledgeable. Great location to attend event @ Bell Centre venue

The hotel is in a fantastic location if you are attending any event at the Bell Centre venue, it's a short 5 min walk. For some reason the hallways were freezing compared to the temperature in the rooms. Room was comfortable and clean, we had to request an extra set of towels as they only provided 2 even though our reservation was for 3 people. Parking is available underneath the hotel and included with your room, it's a little tight so might be difficult if you have a larger vehicle but very convenient and they allow in and out privileges. The shower was good but as there is no door and the drain is slower to drain the water vs. how fast its coming out the bathroom floor can get wet and it appears on there has been water damage to the bathroom door at the bottom from the inside as a result. Overall, it was good, we would stay here again because you can't beat the location and it was clean and safe.
