The room was clean, albeit a bit older, especially for the price. We stayed at another Montreal airport hotel when we arrived for a much better price, but there must be something happening in Montreal as all the prices were expensive for our departure. That being said we arrived at 1 am, and a shuttle was available, and except the cleaning lady woke us up at 8 am, we slept well and the hotel was very clean.

Good points : It was convenient for the airport. The room was clean and quiet. Poor aspects : I was on hold for 15 minutes while calling from the airport to request the shuttle service. It was a long walk from reception to the elevator. The TV didn't work.

The free shuttle drivers were the best thing about the hotel. They were friendly and helpful. We had to stay near the airport because of connecting flights. Hotel prices in that area are very high. This one was in the middle range but too much money for the quality of the room Many of the electrical points did not work, and there were other probems. Some maintenance and freshening up of the decor might make the price more palatable.

We chose this for it's proximity to the airport. It's an older hotel, but it's fine - it's cheaper so a fair trade. Staff was great. They offered early translortation the airport. Front desk told us where we could walk to dinner. There were options and we had a nice short walk to a nice place. No complaints.

Convenient location near fhe airport, easy to grt to off the highway, and great value. The advantage of staying in this location further out from downtown is that you can get a bigger and higher quality room for a lower price than what you would get closer to downtown.

Noticed my hotel door wouldn’t lock upon leaving. My neighbour was watching me leave. Reported that to the hotel. They sent a man up right away to check and secure the door, so that I would not be charged for any damages from someone else. I felt uneasy that I spent a night in a room that didn’t lock. Everything else was fine and appreciated the airport transfer.

It was clean, and my room looked newly renovated. Shuttle service was good, staff were great. Breakfast was what I expected and was typical of a hotel in this class. The area is not good after 8pm with limited options for dinner and shopping. It’s not luxurious, but it doesn’t pretend to be. It’s good basic accommodations. I would stay there again.
