This Residence Inn clicked the exact boxes we wanted for a weekend getaway for our family of 4. We got a room with a separate bedroom. It wasn't large, but we didn't spend much time in it so it was perfect. The bed was one of the most comfy we've slept on, no squeaks. The property is not fancy in its decor and ambiance, as some others are in the area, but it is clean and functional. There is self-parking nearby that worked out just fine and was cheaper than if we had stayed at another hotel and valeted by a long shot. But the real highlight of the stay was the staff. Super polite, totally attentive, and they kept the breakfast buffet stocked, clean and running smoothly. The included breakfast saved our family a lot and made the trip just overall easier.

The staff at this facility is TOP NOTCH! I did not want for anything. They are all very professional and personable. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. The area around here is very convenient!! I would definitely return.

The key to my room stopped working and i was locked outside.. got the keys changed multiple times but it didnt work. I had some important official calls to atttend but was unable to do it as i was locked outside After my 5 visits to reception and then going back to the room to just find that the key was not working, they sent the maintenance guy who opened the door using his key and said that key is faulty and the reception can change the key.. even after replacing multiple times it didnt work.

Fantastic location just a 10 minute walk from the VIA station. A 10 minute walk to the Bell Centre too. Lots of wining and dining options in very close proximity. Only disappointment was that the breakfast didn't cater for the British. Otherwise I would have awarded 5 stars.
