Really nice staff and clean hotel . Was here last july amd returned again as its affordable and very clean . Staff is really friendly too and awesome restaurant just down the road.

Toilet Plugged “Real Good”
The room itself was fine. Quiet. Spacious. Comfortable. It had a microwave and a fridge. The issue was the toilet. It barely flushed. Someone must have flushed down something non biodegradable. There wasn’t any plunger in the room. I went to the front desk and reported it and asked for a plunger. They said they’d send someone to fix it. No one showed up by the time we checked out. There was no courtesy bathrooms for guests elsewhere.

The hotel was 73 KM from downtown and as a first time visitor we did not know any place there so we selected downtown Montreal in Search and they showed this hotel in the list which is not correct as it was almost an hour far from the downtown. Also the room AC was mot working snd there was so much humidity in the room and there was very bad smell in the room that we let the receptionist know but she said that we cant change the room and provided us with a air freshner. The internet was also not working which we told the receptionist and she said that there are a lot of people connected so it will not work. In short our stay was really terrible.
