We never stay somewhere twice but this farm stay is the exception!!

This was a return visit after 2.5yrs and we made it a surprise for our kids as the first stay was one of their most memorable holidays. It was so lovely to see our host and owner of the farm stay, Deb, again. She is so welcoming it felt like we were returning home! The kids loved doing the morning & afternoon feeding, and the location - air and views are spectacular!!!!afternoon feeding

Place of uninterrupted history

Absolute hidden gem. Property is perfect clean (beyond standards), location and surroundings are pinnacle of „farm stay”, plenty of space, bush walks, wildlife. The most stunning is the history of the place, that alone makes staying here worth much more. I would never expect to be privilege to inside of family history by John and his meticulously arranged albums, notes, diaries etc. Mind blowing surprise and definitely worth 5 star place.

Fantastic home away from home. Very quiet location (even on new year's eve). Plenty to do and see in Avoca as well as the surrounding towns. We enjoyed our time very much and plan to visit again soon. Thankyou to the host for looking after us. prior and throughout our stay.

Home comforts in the most peaceful bush setting

We stayed a week over Easter and had the most relaxing, amazing time. The bedrooms/beds are very comfortable, there is heating and cooling, in and outdoor fire place, large cosy house. The kitchen is very generously stocked with everything you may need for cooking and to serve it on. We saw Kangaroos near the house every day, there is so much space to walk or ride your bikes. I can only recommend this place and the communication with the owners was very easy. We hope to be back. :)
